AIII Holi Fair 2015
MELBOURNE: The AIII Holi Mela 2015 which will be held on SATURDAY 7 March, 2015 at TATTERSON PARK, is gearing up to give another spectacular performance. The venue is attached to the SPRINGERS LEISURE CENTRE ON 400 CHELTENHAM RD, KEYSBOROUGH. This is the AIII’s Seventh year of staging the Holi Fair and the first event outside Sandown Park, as Sandown Park has been booked out in the first weeks of March for their internal events.
The Fair, which will run from 11.30 am to 8.30 pm, will have all the goodies experienced at AIII events over the years.
11.30 AM: Fair opens
12.30 PM: Holika Dahan Pooja
1.30 PM: Music commences with DJ Vijay and DJ Anmol
Dhol Performance– by members of SIMDA
2.30 PM: Formalities – Official Welcome & Speeches
6.00 PM: Entertainment concludes
6.30 PM: Fair closes
Entry to the event is TOTALLY FREE – Sponsored by the State Government.
There will be the usual variety of food and other general stalls for the duration of the day’s programme. For kids, the ever popular rides will also operate. It’s going to be an entertaining family event not to be missed.
Heaps of free parking is available at the venue, as well as easy access from Cheltenham Road. Buses operate from Dandenong Station.
This is an alcohol free event, and there is full security and police, together with an on-site First Aid facility.
