If you’re curious about how Hollywood stars live, and if you’d like to have a short experience on the lifestyle of Kirsten Dunst, you could now do it if you’re willing to rent her New York apartment, which she bought in 2007 for $US 3 million. At that time it was said that she was looking for a break from the Los Angeles lifestyle.
If you do decide to take her up on her offer, you will be getting two bedrooms, one full bathroom, one guest bathroom and some library and study space right in the middle of New York, a stone’s throw away from CBD. Dunst completely gutted the spacious Soho loft and renovated it with the ‘highest attention to detail,’ according to Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
The open plan apartment consists of a living area with an industrial raw-brick look with quirky, vintage furniture. You can rent this either fully or partially furnished. The kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances, marble benchtops, and a dining table space for a party of eight. So you even if you’re expecting company, this apartment can hold them all.
The huge lounge room windows open onto the river, and to make the feeling authentic, the fitting has a light pirate ship feel to it. In the main bathroom, the actress has installed a vintage claw-foot bath, along with some modern amenities such as a heated towel rack. She’s giving the apartment up for rent because she’s reportedly busy with her schedule.
How much will this cost you? Just $US 12,500 a month.
