Use moringa leaves for this one. Prepare a decoction and consume 60 ml two times a day.

Stomachache

Grind together 100 grams of moringa bark, five grams of Asafoetida, and 4-20 grams of ginger. Make 1 gram tablets using the mixture. Have one tablet at least 2-3 times a day.

Swollen Eyes

You need to turn moringa leaves into a paste and apply it over the swollen part of the eyes.

Hoarse Voice

Use moringa roots and make a decoction. Then, you can use it for gargling.

Moringa is also beneficial when you have conjunctivitis, anorexia, bronchial asthma, acne, and blackheads. At the same time, the soup from the drumstick pod treats diseases of the spleen, liver, and pancreas, to name a few.

However, when you are pregnant and after delivery, you can only consume moringa fruit. Other parts of the tree are not advisable.

How to Use the Moringa Powder?

You can readily consume Moringa powder. A 3-5 gram dosage is ideal for a healthy person, once or twice a day before a meal. You can have it boiled by preparing two cups of water and wait until it reduces to half a cup to consume.

Are There Side Effects of Moringa?

Considering the extreme burning sensation that Moringa brings, those with gastritis must be careful when consuming it. As much as Moringa relieves menstrual cramps, it also increases bleeding. This is why people with bleeding diseases must avoid consuming Moringa.
