16-years-old stabbed 65 times over Facebook Dispute

What started as a Facebook argument eventually led to the murder of a 16-year-old girl. As reported by the Mexican news website Notus, the two 16 year olds namely Anel Baez and Erandy Elizabeth Gutierrez often posted photographs on Facebook, posing shoulder to shoulder. But Baez uploaded a naked photograph of both of them together on the Social network. This enraged Gutierrez and alarmed Baez to “bury” her before December.
It is reported that Baez invited Gutierrez to her home in Guamuchil, Mexico on 19th March to make peace again. Apparently, Gutierrez asked Baez to visit the her washroom, but instead walked into the kitchen and returned back with a knife. Reports said that there were 65 stab marks on Baez’s back.
The local police said that Gutierrez ran away from the crime scene and pretended as if she didn’t know anything by grieving for Baez along with her friends and family wherein at the funeral she was finally arrested. She will be charged for murder. In Mexico, the guilty is sentenced for not more than seven years.
