Let us start off with the Raita part first. In order to prepare Raita, you will need to combine tomato, red onion, cucumber, yogurt, salt, mint and 1 tbsp cumin in a bowl of small size. Mix up all the ingredients properly and then refrigerate it until it is ready to be served. Now let us proceed to the grill part. First of all, you need to make sure that the grill is heated up to a medium-high level. Now, in order to prepare chicken, you will need coriander, paprika, chilli powder, salt, ¼ tbsp cumin, nutmeg and pepper.

Now take a knife and cut the breast of the chicken into equal portions. Now mix the chicken with the mixture and bash it flat so that the thickness is evenly distributed. Now take out the chicken and gently brush it up with oil and then put it in the mixture. Now will be a good time to grill your chicken on the grill rack. Make sure that the chicken is properly cooked. An easy way to determine that is to check whether the central part of the chicken is still pink or not. Usually, it is recommended to grill one side of the piece for a time period of 3-4 minutes. Once the chicken has been cooked, you can take out the Raita and serve it fresh with the chicken.
