 4 Super Moves to Cut-Down 8 Pounds

Every time you look into a mirror, you say to yourself, “I need to shed 8-10 pounds and I’ll look fabulous.” Come on, let’s just do that! Follow these 4 moves for a month and you’ll be able to cut down up to 8 pounds. All you need is a set of dumbbells (3-5 pounds), besides your hand towel.
The Tush Lift – Start with dog position with hands and toes firmly placed on the ground. Now lift your right leg behind you and then move it to your right side, as if making a big circle. First do it clockwise and then anticlockwise to complete a rep. Switch sides and complete 10-12 reps.
Recumbent Bike – Sit on the ground with folded knees. Now lean backwards but your back shouldn’t touch the ground. Keep your arms forward, palms facing up. Now extend your right leg and retract it back and then extend your left leg and retract it back. That’s one rep. Complete 25-30 reps.
Locust with Dumbbells – You start with locust pose by lying on the ground on your stomach. Hold dumbbells and stretch your arms forward. Now slowly lift your chest and legs off the ground. Hold for about 10 seconds to complete a rep. Perform 10-12 such reps.
Twisted Plank – Start with plank position, balancing weight of your body only on your forearms and toes. Now straighten your right arm by placing your hand beneath your right shoulder. Now come back to the original position and then switch to left. That’s one rep. Complete 10-12 reps.
